An Easy Fish Dip
All you need for this dip is a few pantry & fridge staples and you can make a protein-packed delicious snack/appetizer/light meal. Fishwife makes the most stellar tinned fish (hello shelf stable protein) and I particularly love this rainbow trout. I keep Organic Valley ricotta on hand regularly for improvising dishes that need a little protein and/or creaminess. As for the greens, feel free to get creative. No chives or green onion? Try cilantro or parsley. Maybe basil would be good?
My chosen vehicle for this dip is the super delicious Cult Crackers. This woman-owned small business not only has a green business certification, these crackers are organic and made by hand with real ingredients.

2 tins of Fishwife Smoked Rainbow Trout, drained (or equivalent weight of about 7oz of smoked trout)
1/2 tablespoon of Fly by Jing chili crisp (mostly crisp, barely any oil)
A pinch of salt
1/4 cup of mixed herbs (suggestion: chives and green onion)
Crackers, pita chips, or toasted pita bread for serving
Servings: ?
Time: less than 5 minutes
Steps:
Add all of the ingredients in a bowl in order listed. Mix well while flaking the fish in the process.
Serving Suggestion:
