An Easy Fish Dip

All you need for this dip is a few pantry & fridge staples and you can make a protein-packed delicious snack/appetizer/light meal. Fishwife makes the most stellar tinned fish (hello shelf stable protein) and I particularly love this rainbow trout. I keep Organic Valley ricotta on hand regularly for improvising dishes that need a little protein and/or creaminess. As for the greens, feel free to get creative. No chives or green onion? Try cilantro or parsley. Maybe basil would be good?

My chosen vehicle for this dip is the super delicious Cult Crackers. This woman-owned small business not only has a green business certification, these crackers are organic and made by hand with real ingredients.

A woman with brown hair smiles while holding a cracker with fish dip. Standing behind a countertop, there’s a large bowl of fish dip and crackers in front of her.
