Air Fried Lamb Chops

There’s something so satisfying about a perfectly cooked lamb chop, but let’s be honest—hovering over a hot stovetop to get that ideal sear isn’t always how I want to spend my time, especially when the house is busy. Lately, I’ve been turning to my air fryer to handle the heavy lifting, and I haven’t looked back.

The results are incredible. The high heat creates that beautiful, caramelized crust on the outside while keeping the meat tender and juicy on the inside. It’s effortless, clean, and gives me that restaurant-quality finish without the stress of managing a pan.

Whether you’re putting together a special occasion dinner or just craving something a bit more elevated for a weeknight meal, these lamb chops have become my go-to. They are simple, elegant, and perfectly highlight how a little bit of technology can make honest, delicious cooking even better. I hope you enjoy them as much as I do.
