Almond Butter Satay Sauce (Molho Satay de Manteiga de Amêndoa)
If you like Peanut sauce, you need to try my amazing Satay Sauce that turns a meal from meh to memorable. I made this incredibly easy, no-cook, peanut-style sauce (thing) using almond butter from Tartiner, a Brazilian brand I’d never tried before but instantly fell in love with. They make beautiful nut butters with no other ingredients and minimal processing (after my heart). The sauce comes together in minutes and makes the whole plate sing.
